reaCh hoMe abt 10 pluS, PAcking my bag ..
tiRing day ferr mii, ii woKe up at 3 pluS ..
cant imagine ii sleep ferr 1 hrs, rushing to airpOrt ..

reach airpOrt at 4am .. so sleepy ..
we reaCh KL at 7 pluS, WE went tO visit "nutritioN club ..
iS REally nice places, tried their shake..
we weNt to irena houSe .. is daMn nice .. =]
we weNt oVer tO "may may" hse to have oUr steamboat!!

is really fantastic training compare here ..
it really inspire mii alot, learn alot of thiNg ..
after oUr training, having oUr dinner ..
